Caspian Responsibilities

Creative Pre-production

• Develop show concept, art, interview questions, show outline
• Finalize name for show
• Create podcast cover art
• Create website
• Create show in Simplecast to syndicate to podcast apps (Apple, Google, Spotify, etc.)
• Create email signup / newsletter

Production

• Compile and Refine guest target list
• Schedule guests, create questions, organize content prep calls, and conduct interviews
• Edit and engineer raw audio files
• Record ad read and integrations
• Publish final episodes with show notes
• Create social assets and copy

Distribution / Growth

• Launch and grow the podcast listenership through paid and organic tactics
• Manage and grow podcast email newsletter subscribers

Customer Responsibilities

Customers can have as much or as little say into the creative process. Certain customers want to be very involved. Others do not. Either one works for us!

• Identify top target customers, prospects and influencers
• Identify and select podcast themes
• Provide co-hosts as needed
• Create ad copy
• Help schedule customers and guests (as required)
• Identify executive team members to interview and/or guest host
